Swiss summer has officially started and what better way to start the summer than an enjoyable evening in good company. Earlier this month I was invited La Réserve’s exclusive evening Afterwork at the Lodge in La Réserve Geneva. It was a chic evening party that included live music, delicious amuse bouches and of course Michel Reybier’s champagne.
We were served an array of delicious and colorful dishes from the new summer menu, including their signature salmon tartar with mango/passion fruit and an exquisite sea bass ceviche. Personally, I’m a huge fan of tartare and ceviche dishes during the summer months. They are light, gourmet options that are also super healthy – filled with protein and vitamins.
